Thanks to Mike (who introduced me to the blog), I'm going to be taking part in The Carnivore Project's 'Meat Bracket' contest, which aims to find the 'ultimate meat'.
You can read the background info here and you can check the list of meats and participants here - scroll down the list to 'Green' (Wild Card), and you'll see that I'm representing... Chorizo.
Needless to say, I'm very excited.
